Deka recently came out with a new laser called MOTUS AX that surpasses the capabilities of other similar lasers on the market. Coupled with Moveo technology, a hand piece that offers painless and fast treatment, MOTUS delivers amazing results for any hair or skin type. We shot over three days in a studio just outside of Florence with two young models/actors, Giulio and Elisabetta, completely opposite physical types which worked well for this piece. We don't often work with live talent so it was a great experience directing them and that it's essential to create a rapport with the talent that definitely influences their on-camera performance. There was the fantastic Dr. Michela Troiano, who brought realism to the video as she often collaborates with Deka on testing their lasers and already uses MOTUS in the laser treatment center where she practices. To launch MOTUS on the global marketplace, Modio Media created versions in multiple languages — a real challenge when you’re working in languages with different alphabets, such as Russian and Japanese; you can never be sure of where to split a sentence on-screen. Who knows? This may expand our horizons in new directions. We have to thank Deka's marketing manager Irene Bini for bringing us on board.
