In March 2020, Italy went into hard lockdown. Wondering when we’d next be filming in the field the marketing director of Borgo San Felice reached out. She wanted to create a series of 60-second videos on every aspect of the luxury resort, a medieval hamlet tucked away in the Chianti countryside turned five-star hotel, since 2012 a Relais & Chateaux property. With each department head serving as real talent from head of housekeeping to the spa director to San Felice's star chef, we created just under 40 videos for the postcard-perfect resort that were gradually rolled out across social media. The campaign was a success and speaks volumes on why Tuscany excels at understated hospitality in one of the world's most coveted destinations.
